This is the lovely Cheshire village where we live just 2 miles from the historic roman city of Chester or Deva in Roman times.

Our dogs have access to open countryside at the end of our lane and walks along the canal towpath past a couple of good pubs which all serve food, so there is always a treat and a drink of water or something stronger to be had.
